Wrong parts

The website is confusing. I apparently got the wrong one. The plus for the radio head and harness were wrong. What a hassle to get it correct. Disassembled the truck before finding the problem. They refused to send the correct sub harness and only wanted the complete kit. So off with the grill again…. Boxing it up for return, with hope and a promise of a timely return of the correct kit complete. No refunds, only in store credit. Like I’m willing to risk spending money with this company again… So my experience is not so good, a couple days of negotiating anything to move forward with.

I came across Tacoma Lifestyle while researching accessories for my truck. Initially, I was hesitant because I saw some mixed reviews on Reddit, which made me second-guess placing an order. However, I decided to give them a shot, and I’m glad I did! To my surprise, their shipping was faster than expected, and the pricing was better compared to other websites I’ve used. The entire process was smooth, and I had no issues at all. I’m already browsing for my next purchase! If you’re on the fence like I was, I’d say give them a try.

Great product, took me awhile to install but got it done. Only thing the switch was smaller than the stock spare, so had to improvise. Overall still happy. What next?

Need help in missing part from my recent order.

Can someone please assist as I did not receive a toggle switch for my front/rear camera that I ordered recently. Please advise, thank you. V/R Adrian Diaz
