United StatesI ordered this item at the end of January. Over the course of two whole months, they sent four different items, three of a grill badge of the wrong color scheme and one vinyl sticker in lunar rock. Every time I asked for my item they told me they would personally ensure their fulfillment center would send me the right item, and still failed to do so. After the fourth incorrect item, I asked for a refund and they never apologized or attempted to do right of the situation. How can I trust this retailer if their fulfillment and customer service is so poor?
