Great customer service, hoping to see an improvement in the product.

I bought the initial release of this product, and the latch eventually failed. Tacoma Lifestyle was nice enough to send me a replacement free of charge, which is working better than the original. The only thing I would like to see with the design of the product is the moving away from the 3m adhesive to install the piece. I have instead drilled holes to affix it with screws and bolts. This is much better. Otherwise, it's a great product, and I have to rate it high on the customer service alone!

Does not stick

Easy install, however, does not stay in place. I was constantly having to restick it and even used additional 3M tape. Decided to take it out

Way overpriced. Not fastened well.

Not held into place by clips or screws. 1/4 inch wide double-sided tape is provided to "secure" the item to the underside of the center armrest.

Poor adhesive and color mismatch

The adhesive strips did not work, also the color doesn’t match the existing center console. With superglue and some patience it adheres. The door latch seems to function fine for now. Product could be better made.
