Take your 2024+ Tacoma to the next level with the Dirt King Long Travel Kit. Engineered for superior off-road performance while still providing everyday on-road comfort. Our most advanced system yet—featuring billet upper control arms, optional billet bolt-on cross brace, and Dirt King LT shocks for a complete, next-level package.

The system widens the track by 3.5” per side and provides 13" of wheel travel, a major upgrade over stock. The revised geometry also stretches the wheelbase just enough to clear up to 37” tires.

Durability and low maintenance were at the core of our design. The upper control arms use greaseless SilentSpin bushings, while the lower control arms feature PTFE-infused Delrin bushings for smooth operation. For the outer pivots, we chose heavy-duty ball joints over uniballs for increased strength and a sealed design that enhances longevity in harsh environments.

All essential mounting hardware is provided, and the kit supports multiple installation setups, whether you opt for coilovers only, coilovers with bypasses, or coilovers with bump stops.
