Slick!

My overall experience was ok! Im not too great at working on my vehicle so i had to look up several youtube videos because mine has a TSS sensor. The video is very vague, the one they provided. I wish it came with directions. It took me around 4 hours to just get everything off and TSS sensor because you need to be very careful not to ruin it. Then the next day i had to work on electrical. There were several youtube videos on how to do that through your fusebox. Just be patient and it will work! That took me around 30 mins just to figure out. Note: The TSS sensor cover provided doesn't fit and it’s a total different color. The pins are too short. Very unfortunate because you spend all this money on a product for it to look nice. So i put the “old cover” i popped off originally and you have to basically break it off and i wrapped my TSS sensor in plastic wrap to protect it from the rain. Then i used 3mm mounting waterproof tape to put the “old cover” back on.

Installation unclear but grill works fine

The video given for the stealth grill to show the installation was flawed, starting off I drive a Tacoma SR with a tss package. The TRD grill and the TSS grill have some differences when it comes to taking it out. The wiring for the grill is BARLY long enough and where the wires go into the lights is on the opposite side of the fuse box. You will also need to get electrical tape to wrap the exposed wires. Next, the ground tab to attach the wire is way too big to crimp, maybe some silicone will help instead. The grill didn’t come with physical instructions so I wasn’t aware I had to put two fuses in the positive side. I also had to Dremel out the fuse box so the wire wouldn’t get pinched. I think the biggest thing that could’ve saved this installation process time was physical directions. Grill it’s self isn’t bad but the lacking in detail on installation wasn’t pleasing.

The product is great and I'm glad I got the switchback option. It fits snug and flush. The issues I have is the garnish provided does not allow mt TSS sensor to work and the garnish from my pro grill does not fit. Unless there is another garish available that'll work I have to drive with it off. This is a big safety issue for me. Another issue is the wires from the raptors lights are on the right side or passenger side of the grill. I had to add more wire to extend the length in order to hide the wires and reach my auxbeam box .

Stealth grill

Overall quality is good. Installation is the same as any other grill. The light bar/raptor lights come with three loose wires. There were no instructions so you just have to figure it out yourself. Red=white led power Yellow=amber led power Red with black stripe= ground I had to unscrew the light bar and rotate it 180 degrees so that the wires are on the battery/fuse box side. Overall I like it because it’s a little different but I think it should come with an actual switch to get use out of the switchback function. Currently I have the amber hooked up.
